As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a skilled Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our marketing efforts and help drive qualified leads.


Role Overview

The MSP Marketing VA will support MatalinoTech’s marketing operations through content creation, lead generation tasks, social media management, CRM updates, and campaign coordination. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing and has experience working with MSPs or IT-focused brands.


Key Responsibilities


  • Create and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
     
  • Assist in developing marketing content (blogs, newsletters, promotions, service updates)
  • Conduct prospect research and build targeted lead lists
     
  • Manage and update CRM entries (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
     
  • Support email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
     
  • Coordinate with the sales team on incoming leads and campaign activity
     
  • Repurpose existing IT content into short-form posts, infographics, and micro-copy
     
  • Track campaign metrics and prepare basic performance reports
     
  • Perform administrative marketing tasks as needed
     

Required Skills & Experience


  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Marketing Assistant
     
  • Previous work with an MSP, IT service provider, or B2B tech preferred
     
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
     
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
     
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva preferred)
     
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
     
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
     
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
     

Nice-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of SEO and keyword research
 

  • Experience with LinkedIn lead generation
     
  • Experience managing newsletters in Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
     
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and cloud service terminology
     
  • Ability to edit short videos or reels

Position Overview

As an MSP Sales Agent, you will play a critical role in driving new business revenue by identifying prospects, building relationships, and presenting tailored IT solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to understand a client’s business needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities
     
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, networking events, and social platforms
     
  • Present MSP services (IT support, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, etc.) to potential clients
     
  • Develop proposals and deliver sales presentations
     
  • Maintain CRM records and create accurate sales forecasts
     
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
     
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
     


Requirements


  • Proven experience in MSP, IT services, SaaS, or B2B technology sales
     
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions (networking, cloud, cybersecurity preferred)
     
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
     
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently
     
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with outbound prospecting
     
  • Experience using CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
     

Preferred Qualifications


  • Familiarity with managed service agreements and recurring revenue models
     
  • Existing network of business contacts in SMB or mid-market segments
     
  • Previous MSP sales quota achievement
     
  • Technical certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus, but not required
